How much do you charge for shipping in Australia?

We ship via standard post Australia wide. Postage cost is $9.95 flat rate on all orders. We use a combination of Australia Post and Courier for dispatching orders.  Free shipping is available Australia Wide for all orders over $150.00.

Do You Ship Internationally?

Yes we are happy to send internationally!  All items are sent with DHL and have tracking so you can trace your parcel on its journey.

How long will it take my order to ship?

We endeavour to ship all of our orders within 24-48 hours of receipt with the exception of our custom made and pre-order ranges.  Please refer to the time specifications in these ranges for an estimate of when your order will be shipped.

If I order a pre-order item, will you ship the other non-preorder items in my order?

Any order which contains a pre-order item will be held until all the items in your order can be shipped together. If you require the other items not on pre-order and do not want to wait, please either order them separately or contact us so we can assist.

How do you ship my order?

We use a combination or both Australia Post and Courier services to ship our parcels.  

Will I be given a tracking number?

All of our orders are sent with tracking so you can follow your parcel's progress.  A tracking number will be provided in your shipment confirmation email which will link back to either Australia Post or the relevant Courier company your parcel has been sent with. 

Do you ship to PO Boxes?

Yes we deliver to PO Boxes in all instances other than if its a bulky item that is being delivered via courier.  In these circumstances if you have provided a PO Box we will contact you and request a street address so we that may arrange delivery.

How long will it take for my item to be delivered?

Depending on where you are based in Australia, your parcel will generally be delivered within 3-10 business days. 

My parcel has not arrived, what do I do?

If you are concerned your parcel is lost, please contact us via email at and we will chase up with the relevant carrier on your behalf.
