Do you accept returns?
Yes, we accept returns on all change of mind purchases providing you contact us within 14 days of receipt of your item. Upon return of of the goods we will inspect the item/s and then provide you with either a refund or store credit depending on your preference. Should you opt for a refund, the amount paid will be credited back to you however please note we do not refund the postage paid on your original order.
Do I have to pay for the shipping costs to return my item?
For change of mind returns, yes you will need to pay for the cost of return postage to us.
My item has arrived faulty, what do I do?
Please contact us via email within 14 days if your item has arrived faulty with information regarding the issue. From there we will arrange for either a replacement, refund or store credit to be issued to you depending on your preference.
Do I have to pay for postage to return my faulty item?
No, we will cover the costs involved in shipping the item back to us by either providing you pre-paid for mailing packaging or arranging a courier to pick up the item from you.
