What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards as well as Paypal for orders.
How do I know you have received my order?
You will receive an automated email confirming your order has been received as soon as it has been placed successfully through our website.
I want to change or cancel my order, what do I do?
Please contact us as soon as possible via email should you wish to change items in your order. Providing the parcel has not already been shipped, we will be able to arrange this for you without incurring any additional fees. Keep in mind that all of our orders ship within 24-48 hours of receipt.
What happens when I pre-order an item?
When you order an item that is coming soon, it will be dispatched to you immediately upon being in stock. Should you order other items that are in stock along with a pre-order item, your parcel will be held until we can dispatch all of your items together. Should you require anything sooner that is not on pre-order, please contact us via email to discuss.
Do you pass my details onto any third parties?
Absolutely not - your privacy is of upmost important to us and under no circumstance will we pass your information onto anyone.
Do you store my credit card information?
No credit card information is stored on our servers.
