TERMS & CONDITIONS

The following Terms and Conditions govern the access to and use of www.wigglespiggles.com.au and the purchase of any products from the Wiggles Piggles online store.

Wiggles Piggles asks all customers to read the following carefully before making a purchase. Once you have engaged with our service, you will be bound by the entire contents of our Terms and Conditions, at all times.

Any reference to ‘us’, ‘our’ or ‘we’ refers, without exception, to Wiggles Piggles. Any reference to ‘you’ or ‘your’ refers to our customers.

OUR SERVICE

We reserve the right to make alterations to our service, inclusive of- our products, website, shipping methods and cost, product prices or otherwise, without notice or consequence.

We also reserve the right to refuse service to any person, at any time, for whatever reason we deem fit.

ORDERS AND PAYMENT

Orders can be made directly through our website. Once you have selected your items in our online store, you can complete the checkout process. At this time, you will be asked to enter your delivery destination, which will allow us to calculate your shipping charge. This will then be added to your total order.

You will also need to input several personal details, in order to be eligible to checkout. Inability to provide us with one or more of these details may affect your checkout success. Please ensure all details are correct and accurate to the best of your knowledge and do not hesitate to contact us if you feel you have made an error.

If you have a discount or promotional code, please enter it before moving on to payment. More information on this can be found in the “Promotion” section of our Terms and Conditions.

We accept payment via PayPal, Shopify Payments and Afterpay. This includes the option of using PayPal to pay via credit card. For details on how PayPal, Shopify and Afterpay seeks to protect your financial details, please see their Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions. We do not receive any details of your payment information at any stage.

You will receive an e-mail from us to confirm that your order has been received and payment cleared. We will then begin processing your order and it won’t be long until your items are in your hands.

CANCELLATION POLICY

If you do need to cancel or change your order, please contact us as soon as possible, however we reserve the right to refuse cancellations, at our sole discretion.

DELIVERY

We ship all domestic Australian orders at a flat rate of $9.95. Wiggles PIggles uses either Australia Post or private courier, which are both available with tracking. Your tracking number will be provided to you in our order shipment confirmation email.

For international orders, we use DHL E-Commerce or Australia Post.

If an incorrect address is provided at time of order and a parcel is returned to Wiggles Piggles you will be required to pay for this package to be re-sent. Please ensure that you provide correct postal information at time of order.

International Customers Please Note:  Shipping from Australia can take approximately 2-4 weeks from send date.

INTERNATIONAL DUTIES AND TAXES

Wiggles PIggles will not be responsible for the payment of any customs levies, duties or taxes that may be associated with international delivery in your local country. Customers will be solely responsible for any such fees, therefore we ask that you please make yourself aware of them before confirming your order.

RETURNS

We will accept change of mind on orders providing you contact us within 14 days of receipt of your package. We are always more than happy to assist you in making the correct choice for your home, in the hopes of avoiding any incorrect selections.

If your product arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us, via e-mail, within 5 days of receipt, including a description of the fault or damage alleged and corresponding photographs where necessary. We will assess the information and provide a replacement if necessary. We may require your initial item to be returned to us.

PRODUCT INFORMATION

Please pay careful attention to any product information, installation instructions or guidelines that may accompany your order, or be displayed alongside your chosen item on our website. Wiggles Piggles cannot be responsible for damage caused by misuse of our products, or by not using them in accordance with the recommended use.

PRODUCT APPEARANCE

We ask that all customers make themselves aware of the measurements of their product prior to purchase. Sizes will not vary from these dimensions, however product colours may vary slightly in real life. This can be attributed to differences in computer or phone screen colour calibration. Small variations in colour will not provide sufficient reason to return or exchange your item.

PROMOTIONS

Wiggles PIggles may occasionally run promotional offers for our customers. These may be advertised through our social media or e-mail promotions. Such special offers may include, but are not necessarily limited to: special prices, discount codes or other promotions. Each promotion will run for a limited time only and may have conditions or guidelines, which must be fully complied with, without exception, in order to validly redeem the promotion.

Some promotions may require you to share personal information with Wiggles Piggles. Any information shared in this capacity will be dealt with, at all times, in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Please refer to this policy for more information.

Special or sale prices may only be applicable for certain periods of time.

Discount codes must be entered at checkout, before proceeding to the payment page. No discounts will be applied retroactively.

Prizes won in promotional giveaways are not transferable or redeemable for cash.

Wiggles Piggles reserves the right, at all times, to modify, suspend or cancel any promotion at any time, without consequence. There will be no rain checks on any promotion.

You personal information will, at all times, be dealt with in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Please ensure that you have read this policy before engaging with our service.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Our website, and all information contained within it, is the property of Wiggles Piggles and is protected from unauthorised publication and dissemination by the laws of intellectual property.

Any and all original Wiggles Piggles related designs, products, images, photographs, illustrations, logos, text, HTML code or any other intellectual property content made available on our website or throughout our wider brand, is the property of Wiggles Piggles and remains our copyright material at all times.

We grant users and customers a license to access and enjoy this information via our website and products.

Wiggles Piggles may allow the printing, gathering, storing, copying or sharing of website information for individual or personal purposes, however our express consent must be granted.

We reserve the right to refuse access, or take further legal action against persons who violate our rights as intellectual property holders.

Throughout our website and associated social media we may provide links to third party websites. These links are provided for your enjoyment or information. The material and content made available throughout these links is not intended as a representation of knobbly. or our employees or opinions. Following these links is always at your discretion.

Wiggles Piggles is not responsible for policing the services, policies or practices of these third parties. We will not be held liable for any loss, damage or any other consequences that may arise out of the use of third party websites or services.

LIABILITY AND INDEMNITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wiggles Piggles cannot be held liable or responsible for any loss or damage that any person may suffer as a direct or indirect result of accessing our website or utilising our service.

RELIANCE

All content, information and imagery provided through the Wiggles Piggles website or brand, or through customer service correspondence with our staff, is intended strictly for general purposes. Wiggles Piggles does not make any guarantee (express or implied) as to the accuracy, currency, reliability or completeness of any materials provided.

WHOLE OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Wiggles PIggles publishes these Terms and Conditions, with the intention that they comprise the whole of the Terms of Use and Conditions that govern the relationship between Wiggles Piggles and our customers.

 

Unless specifically and expressly stated, no other term, condition, assurance, representation, warranty or inference is intended to apply. The only exception to this, are provisions that are automatically applicable through the application of some relevant piece of legislation, consumer or otherwise.

The severance of one section of this document will not have any effect on the rest of the Terms and Conditions. All remaining provisions will remain in force, in the event that one section is edited or removed.

We reserve the right to make changes to our Terms and Conditions at any stage, without notice or consequence. Your continued use of our website and service indicates your knowledge and acceptance of any changes we may make in the future.
