Terms and Conditions of Entry 

1. Participation in the Promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms.
2. The Promotion commences on Thursday 07 April 2016 and closes on Tuesday 12 April 8pm Australian Eastern Standard Time.
3. To enter the Promotion, entrants must provide their email address.  By opting in you are agreeing to receive occasional marketing material regarding store news and special offers.
4. Giveaway will be run on both Facebook and Instagram Wiggles Piggles Accounts.
5. This promotion is only open to residents of Australia only.
6. The winner will be selected by Wiggles Piggles at random.
7. The Winner will be determined by Wednesday 13th April 2016.
8. Winners will be notified by the next day after draw is completed.
9. The prize is a set of four Adelynn Ceramic Cup set from Bloomingdales Mini.
10. The Prize is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
11. Wiggles Piggles reserves the right to announce and/or publish the Winners name and/or photograph for publicity purposes.
12. The Winner will receive their Prize within 7 business days of the draw completing.
13. The Prize will be forfeited if a Winner cannot be contacted within ten (10) working days of the drawing.
14. Entries that are incomplete or do not comply with these Terms are invalid.
15. Wiggles Piggles reserves the right to verify entries and claims for Prizes and reserves the right to disqualify an entrant where the entry process has been tampered with.
16. Wiggles Piggles may at its absolute discretion, suspend, cancel or recommence the Promotion if for any reason the Promotion is not capable of proceeding as planned; if the Promotion is corrupted or the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Promotion is affected; or if the determination of the winners or delivery of prizes is prevented or hindered by any event outside the Promoter's control.
17. Except for any liability not excluded by law, entrants release and indemnify the Wiggles Piggles from and against all actions, claims and liabilities, that the entrant now has or in the future may have against Wiggles Piggles for any loss, damage or injury (including any special or consequential loss) suffered as a direct or indirect result of the entrant's participation in the Promotion.
18. In entering the Promotion, entrants consent to their personal information being collected by Wiggles Piggles and used by Wiggles Piggles for the purpose of conducting this Promotion and notifying the Winner as well as for future promotions and marketing.
